Scuba dangers!!
Be careful all of you underwater adventurers!
Would you like your lungs to explode?
If not then I dearly suggest you listen to these quick pointers!
- As pressure decreases (inversely with depth) volume increases!
- This means that as you are surfacing the oxygen in your lungs is expanding dramatically!!
- If you do not wish your lungs to explode then do not(!!!!) hold your breath while surfacing!!
Volume and pressure correlation
Dont be like the diver on the graph, let out your air as you ascend!!
As depth doubles, volume halves!
Be careful not to run out of air either!
The deeper you go the faster you will use up your air supply!
Running out of air is also a very imminent danger while diving!
WARNING: RUNNING OUT OF AIR IS FATAL!
If you are a diver I know you must feel awesome going to extreme depths, but the deeper you go, the faster you run out of air! Don't go to deep underwater or you will find yourself running out of air before you have time to return to the surface!
