Important Information About Your Healthcare Savings Account!
We have recently been notified that in mid-November 2017, Blue Cross will transfer all custodial responsibilities for your HSA from Bank of America to Acclaris, Inc., a Willis Towers Watson company. This is a Blue Cross company-wide change.
As part of the HSA migration, there will be a blackout period from November 6–14, 2017.
During the blackout, all HSA debit cards and account activity on ibxpress.com – including reimbursements, contributions, and investments – will be suspended to transfer and verify account information. Accounts will be available again via ibxpress.com on November 15, 2017.

Summary of Benefits and Coverage
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires health plans and health insurance issuers to provide a summary of benefits and coverage (SBC) to applicants and enrollees. The SBC is intended to be a short, simple explanation about the health plan’s benefits and coverage than can help consumers more easily compare plan options. The following documents summarize some of the information that you have previously received. They have been reformatted in order to meet the requirements of the ACA. As mandated, a Uniform Glossary is also available.
