The Bear Facts!

April 30, 2021

Big picture

Dear Clinton Families,

During April we have recognized and celebrated Autism Acceptance. A picture is included of a bulletin board decorated by some of our proud first graders for the month of April.

We are so excited for Monday and the return of combined Cohorts for K through 5! Please see our previous video (Busy Bears 1-14-21, included below) for our enhanced safety protocols. Arrival and dismissal will obviously bring more people to our campus. While we are excited, we are also apprehensive about having large groups gathering.

To keep us all safe, a few reminders:

  • Check the arrival and dismissal map before Monday so you go to the correct door (see diagram below)
  • Please arrive by 8:00 AM for the 8:05 AM start
  • Please do not double park or park on both sides of the street as parking rules are enforced and we want to be "good neighbors"
  • Only have one adult with your child
  • And please do not bring your dog! As much as we have loved having your dogs as part of virtual instruction, dogs are not welcome on school property

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Please see the attached flyer from the PTA of all the ways our teachers are being appreciated! Thank you for all of your support.

Until we are all together in person again, we remain #Clintonstrong

Fondly, Jennifer Connors, Principal & Zoila Correa, Assistant Principal
