In the Jewish faith, Rosh Hashanah is more than just the beginning of a new year. It is a time to look back, see where we failed the previous year and vow to make the necessary changes to avoid repeating those mistakes in the coming year. It is also a time to apologize and ask forgiveness from those you've wronged in the previous year.

It just so happens that this month also coincides with our one year anniversary in business. The first year came with its difficulties, some expected and some not. The office space we chose in Hartford was not what we had hoped, and clients often had trouble getting a hold of us. I would like to apologize for these failings from the past year and assure you that we are taking steps to make our second year better.
