May 19: Rising 6th Grade Tours (5:00-6:20 each evening)
May 20: Yearbook pickup for virtual students, front of the school 5-6pm
May 20: 8th grade yard sign pickup, front of the school 5:30-6pm
May 21: Yearbook pickup for virtual students, front of the school 10:45-11:45am
May 25: All Chromebooks and charging cord due back to RMS
May 26: 8th Grade Celebration (see below)
May 27: Last Day of School (Early Release at 1:30pm)
May 27: 2PM Last Call to Pickup Medications from Clinic
May 27: Last Day for virtual/hybrid students to pickup school pictures in front office
May 27: Spirit Day at Brusters (Sharon Road) 10am-10pm

RMS Yearbook Distribution
If you did not purchase a yearbook, but still wish to make a purchase, there will be limited supplies available on a 1st come/1st served basis Friday, May 21st from 8:30-9:00 in the media center. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Linda Scheaffer email@example.com
Chromebook & Charger Return - Due Tuesday
Chromebooks and chargers that have been borrowed from the school MUST be turned by Tuesday, May 25. Drop them off from 10am-3pm in the front office. Chromebooks and charging cords must be turned in by Tuesday-no exceptions. Chromebook replacements are $300 for any not returned and will be charged to the student account. We thank you for your support.
8th Grade Celebration - May 26th

Book Donation Drive- Thank you!
RMS would like to thank all parents who donated to the book drive in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. The drive was organized by Ms. Wang. Ms. Wang and Ms. Li presented the books to our Principal, Ms. Bibik. These books are a great addition to the RMS Media Center collection.
End of Year Medication Pick Up
The deadline for picking up medication kept in the school clinic will be Thursday, May 27th at 2 pm. All medication left after 2pm on May 27th will be properly disposed. Any questions, please contact Nurse Kim Varner at ext. 300121 or Kvarner@forsyth.k12.ga.us.

Summer is almost here! Is your daughter interested in basketball? If so, she should attend the RMS Girls Basketball Summer Camp. No basketball experience is necessary. RMS Boys Basketball Camp
RMS Panther Cross Country Summer Camp
Who: Rising 6th – 8th Graders
What: Cross Country Summer Camp
When: 7/19-7/23 FROM 9am to 11am
Where: Riverwatch Middle School (Gym parking lot)
Why: Athletes of all skill levels that have interest in running cross-country will participate in fun drills, conditioning, and 1-2 mile runs to enhance their running skills. From learning cross-country teamwork skills to learning running techniques, the athletes will grow and form into runners with a higher cross-country IQ. Players will work on breathing techniques, running techniques, finishing techniques, and so much more. Day 5 will consist of a fun color run where runners will be doused with colored powder and medals will go out to the top 3 runners. Don’t miss this FUN!
