About Bishal Karna
Karna is interested in the potential of religious practices to transform us for the better. He researches, studies, and teaches about meditative and contemplative practices and positive states such love, compassion, joy, and wisdom. In addition to the introductory course "Exploring Religion," Karna has been teaching "Wisdom of India and China, Meditation and Mindfulness, and Meaning of Death." Karna is developing a contemplative course called "Love and Compassion" to be taught fall 2020.
