School's finally over! Treat yourself to a delicious cool fruit smoothie to distract you from the reminder burning in the back of your mind that you have more work to do. Fruits, cups, and blenders will be provided by me to make your very own, super-healthy smoothie.

Tropical Treasure Recipie


  • 5 cups seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 medium ripe, peeled banana
  • 6 rinsed strawberries
  • 1/3 cup pineapple yogurt
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice


  • Liquefy all fruit together in a large blender. Add juice, yogurt, and ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
