Pine Class News Update
March 27th, 2015
Thanks for Conferencing with us this week! It's been great to see everyone and talk about these wonderful Pines.
We visited the Gowanus Studio Space.
Boats, bikes, and compost!
We spent a little time sketching.
We saw a floating garden and a giant compost pile!
Some of us took a quick walk through Build it Green, a reuse store in Gowanus.

We had an author visit!
Our bodies moved a lot!
Then we did some relaxing.
Pine Class thoughts about the yoga session with Mariam:
"I went to the rainforest."
" I felt like I was in a calm, great place, standing on a cloud. Spinning and spinning, slower and slower."
"It made me almost fell asleep."
"When I was laying down it felt like I was in all of my favorite TV shows."
"I felt like I was in cat land because cats are my favorite."
Escalator rides are great!
