Kids Club Yoga

Yoga is great for kids! A regular practice can enhance their strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also helping them release energy in healthy ways. Your child will practice breathwork, as well as playful, partner, and group poses in a positive, supportive environment. We will integrate positive themes and stories, like compassion, joy, kindness, self-respect and respect for others.
Recommended Ages: 5-10
Cost: Single Class $8, 5/$35, (Siblings can share a package)
What to wear: Comfortable clothing for stretching
What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water in covered unbreakable bottle (we have some mats/blankets to borrow)
