Covid Reminder

Dear Meadowlark Families,

I wanted to give a quick clarification on a few of our covid policies.

  1. If someone in your household is being tested for covid or is quartining due to them being a close contact, students can still attend school.
  2. If your child is being tested for covid, please email me and let me know. Your child will remain home until the results come back negative. We will need a copy of the results to return to school.
  3. We only do distance learning for students that have tested positive or have been deemed a close contact per health department. During testing and for all other absences, homework is the same as previous years.

When in doubt email or call me. I don't mind helping answer any questions!

VETERANS DAY

Wednesday, November 11th

We salute the heroes in uniform from the past, present and future. Thank you for your service and the sacrifices you've made to keep America safe and free.

Thank you to all the parents who submitted a picture for the slideshow! The slideshow was on all the tv's during the day and students enjoyed watching it during their lunch.

CHECK IN AND OUT PROCEDURES

Checking students out

Office staff will conduct all signing in and out of students. Parents may call to check-out students and then the student is sent out to the parent with visual identification. For in-person checking out, once a student is checked out, the parent will go back to their vehicle and the student will be sent out by the office. School Phone Number: 316-218-4630

Checking students in

Staff members will check students in to create a touchless system. Students need to have temperature checked before proceeding to class if they are arriving for the first time that day.

Andover Public Schools Nutrition Service is looking for great people to become a part of their team.

This is a great way for parents or grandparents to make extra money while the kids are in school!

Immediate openings are available. If you are interested in working with a great group of people, let us hear from you. Starting pay is $11.33 an hour. Experienced applicants may earn more.

Speed up the process by applying at www.usd385.org or call 316-218-4603.
