7th Grade PAP Math
We have had an amazing four weeks of school so far. This group of 7th grade students are fun to have in the classroom and are hard workers and great thinkers.
I would like to apologize for the delay in communication and grades in the past week. I aim to keep you updated as much as possible about what is going on in the classroom but my daughter had a nasty stomach virus that led to hospitalization that kept me busy at all hours last week. As of right now, all assignments have been entered in the grade book and averages are up to date. Thank you for your patience.
We are halfway through our third unit of the year. We will continue to learn about proportions, rates, ratios, and percents for the rest of the week and are scheduled to test on Monday.
Lesson 1.3 homework assignment was due today (assigned last Wednesday).
There is another homework assignment that will be due this Friday that will be assigned tomorrow. It will serve as a review of unit 3 to prepare for the test on Monday.
Extra credit is available on netschool if you or your child is interested in expanding their knowledge of the Pythagorean Theorem.
