Celebrations of Learning - April 16th

We are looking forward to seeing all of our families on Tuesday beginning at 4:00 PM for our Celebrations of Learning. These Student-Led Conferences are an opportunity for our learners to showcase their learning from this school year. Your participation in these conferences is so appreciated. Having parents recognize and validate the hard work students have put into their portfolios and presentations builds their self-efficacy and impacts their identity as a learner. It is always fun to see the big smiles on students as they walk away from these conferences! Thank you for taking the time to attend.

Safe Arrival - Available Now!

Hillcrest is now fully up and running with the district's new attendance reporting system, Safe Arrival. Safe Arrival allows you to report an absence or appointment at any time from your phone. Our attendance line is still available for reporting absences but we encourage you to give Safe Arrival a try. We know you will find it to be an easy to use system that is available at times that work for YOU!

1) By far the easiest way to interact with the new system is by downloading the app on your phone and signing up for an account.

2) If you are not an app user and prefer to use your computer signup and login at https://go.schoolmessenger.com/

3) The phone option is still available by calling the attendance line at school. There will be a menu there to transfer your call into the new system. You may however, want to use the direct number 1-866-490-7371. By dialing direct from a phone that is registered with the district, the system should recognize the number you are calling from and be able to quickly identify your children and allow you to confirm their absence.
