One of the best ways to help grow number sense with your learner is to recognize with automaticity the combinations of numbers that equal ten. Over the weekend, I found I great game that is fun and challenging that reinforces this concept. Let your child spend a few minutes of "screen time" practicing making 10! Have fun!
