A Message from the Principal

Dear Holy Family Catholic School Community,

Our beloved school is still COVID free, thanks to your continued diligence with following safety protocol the students are happy and healthy!

It was good to see you last Wednesday at our first Zoom Meet the Teacher Night. Many of the teachers shared their classroom Discipleship Agreement process with you and I hope that helped you get a sense of our emerging social emotional learning and virtue program. I am proud of our teachers and students and how they are making our mission statement visible and tangible on our campus.

We’re planning a fall Zoom book study on Father Ronald Rolheiser’s wonderful small book, Domestic Monastery! This year is our 75th Anniversary and the Holy Family, Jesus, Mary and Joseph, are our saints of the year. This year, more than ever, we want to emulate the Holy Family by growing in love and faith. Through the study of this book we will learn how our home is not only a place of love but also a place to foster our faith by paying attention to the beauty of our familial vocations. Stay tuned for more details!

Box Top$ for Education - Parent Coordinator Needed!

Want to help? We are in need of a parent coordinator to manage Box Top$ for Education. What does this entail?

It is simple. Since Box Top$ is moving to on-line submission, the job would entail submitting the physical clipped labels twice a year and reminding families to submit via the app or turn in the Box Top$ to the school office. The monitoring is done here at HFCS.

To volunteer, please contact Home and School Association President Angie Uptmore at thumbs_98@hotmail.com.
