Cyberbullying is the act of being mean or hurtful to someone over the internet. This type of bullying only involves communication over electronic devices and not in person.

On social media Cyberbullying has been hitting back even harder then ever. Many and many people are suffering because of cyberbullying.
Cyberbullying facts
In 2015 43% of kids have been bullied online. 1 in 4 of all kids has had it happen to them more than once. Nearly 70% of students have seen cyberbullying happening. 68% of teens think that cyberbullying is a serious problem. Also 80% of teens use cell phones making cyberbullying the most common medium
Kindness
1). One way to spread kindness is to send compliments to other people even if you don't know them
2). Another way is to just hangout with other people if you see that they are having a hard day.
3). The last way to spread kindness is to really just detach yourself from technology for at least 1 to 2 hours and find a way to be helpful to others
