Emergency Authorization Form
This form is very important so that we have the most current contact information. In addition, students without this form completed will not be able to participate on any future field trips.
If you have any questions or want to verify if this has been completed,
please don't hesitate to contact the school office.
Attendance is Important
When a student is absent or tardy to school, families need to call the school to report the absence or tardy.
Please call (614) 501-5530 to report an absence. The attendance line is available 24-hours. Please include your child's name, date of absence, teacher's name and reason for absence.
When you student returns, they are required to bring a note to school within three (3) days after each absence that is signed by the parent/guardian explaining the reason for the absence. Without a note, the absence must be recorded as an unexcused absence.
Summit Visitors/Volunteers Procedures
VISITORS:
We ask that all visitors sign-in through the Raptor system each time they enter the school. The Raptor system requires guests to present their identification/driver’s license for scanning through our district-wide Raptor system. You will be given a badge to wear while on the school campus so that the students will recognize that you are not a stranger in the building.VOLUNTEERS:
Volunteers in our school provide an invaluable service to our students and staff members.
If you are interested in volunteering in our school, please complete the online volunteer application and stop by the Reynoldsburg City Schools Business Office (1555 Graham Road) to complete the BCI process. The BCI fingerprinting process is of NO COST to our volunteers, but is required to complete the process. Your cleared background checks are good for five (5) years.
1. Complete Online Application at http://bit.ly/2hfAbLu
2. Visit the Reynoldsburg City Schools BUSINESS OFFICE at 1555 Graham Road to complete the BCI check (Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
3. Present your driver's license at the school to complete the volunteering process.
STUDENT EARLY DISMISSALS:
If a parent comes to pick up their child early during the regular school day, they will need to provide a valid driver's license for scanning.

Community Mural
Join us to paint a 100-foot long, landmark mural on the side of the Performing Arts Center at the Reynoldsburg High School Livingston Campus. You don’t have to be an artist to help! We will have opportunities to help with priming or painting using a paint-by-number system that makes it fun and easy for anyone to participate. Take time to “Live in the Moment” by joining with your friends and neighbors to create a mural symbolizing the Reynoldsburg community’s vitality, openness and optimism.
Sign up for Paint Days: Sept. 8, Sept. 14, Sept. 15
"Fill The Bus" Project: A District Wide Non-perishable and Toiletries Drive
Every building in the RCS district is being encouraged to participate.
Staff and students will donate goods to fill a school bus! These donations will be transported to the two pantries that serve our community, Helping Hands and The Heart Pantry.
Our school will be collecting items from Monday, September 17th through Friday, September 21st. Students can put the items on the stage in our lunch room. Character Council will assist in getting the items onto the bus.
