- Band Registration is TOMORROW Saturday, July 23. Please see the information below.
- The 4th installment of band fees is due Aug 1. Please refer to the Band Fee Payment document for more information. Please note: if you are paying through PayPal and do not send the payment directly to treasurer@grapevinehsband.com, the processing fees will be charged to your Charms account.

- Lessons are available for all members of the band program. Please go to https://www.grapevinehsband.com/private-lessons.html and set up lessons if you have not already.
- All Families can raise funds for their individual band account NOW with the Scrip Fundraiser. See below for details.
Band Registration
We are looking forward to seeing you at Band Registration this Saturday. Every student and Parent/Guardian must attend. Below is all the information you need to attend the event.
Saturday, July 23
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the SAC
The event is come and go. Allow 30 minutes to make it through the entire fair. Please don't arrive any later than 12:30. Please attend with your student.
Band Fair Preparation
- Bring your forms already filled out, there will be limited additional copies. Find all forms here. Don't forget to bring your physical.
- Bring/Wear socks to double check band shoe fit.
- Bring your calendar to check your availability when signing up for volunteer opportunities.
- Bring your list of questions about band, there will be a wealth of experience waiting to help you.
- Place your Spirit Wear Order before the event. We will also have computers available at the event to place orders.
- Sign up to volunteer at Band Fair.

Daily Dollars
The Daily Dollars Fundraiser starts tomorrow. You will get all the directions at Band Farir. You will be shocked how easy this is!
You will ask family and friends to donate/sponsor a calendar day. They will donate the dollar amount represented by the date. EXAMPLE: Sponsor Sept 22th and donate $22. Sponsor Sept 10th and 25th and donate $35. It is that easy! Every student that completes the entire calendar will receive 10% of the calendar donations as a credit to their band account. That would be $46.50 to your band account! Money is due Monday, August 9.

Parent Mixer
Meet, mix and mingle with your fellow band parents at The Londoner. Thursday, August 4 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. We will meet on the patio. At 8:30 we will head to the high school to watch the end of practice and cheer on our kiddos.
Join the FB Grapevine Mustang Band Parent Page. Many of you were sent invitations this week to join the FB parent page. Please join, especially Freshman parents. It is a great source of information and a great place to ask questions.
Be on the lookout for more Sign-up Geniuses for Uniform Fittings. Sign up quickly, so that you can be ready for Marching Season, which is just right around the corner. Don't forget that you will also need tall black socks which will be worn with your marching uniforms.
CHARMS
Students/Parents should login and update their CHARMS information. This is our primary form of communication, and it is important to have accurate information.

REMIND
All students and parents must join the Remind Groups. We use Remind to communicate quickly during events and will only send out messages that are important for everyone. Visit the band website for details.

You may pay for your child’s fees easily with a credit card using a Pay Pal account. To use this feature, click on the “Finances” button then choose the “Make A Trip Payment” button. If you have not set up a Pay Pal account, you will be given an option to do so. Choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. Make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information to the GHS Band or the CHARMS system. PayPal offers one of the safest platforms for online commerce with fraud rates at a fraction of those of typical e-commerce offerings. PayPal offers ease and flexibility, accepting all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as all major debit cards and direct transfers. Please be aware that there is a fee to pay by credit card.
