Things you might see your baby doing.

The baby starts self feeding. Start dancing to music. Stop putting objects in mouth and identify body parts. Likes helping mom. "Reads" on her own but cant actually read the words, just mumbles random things and holds the book by them self. Knows whats wrong from right. Bedtime battles. Linking 2 words. Can throw ball. Can undress them self. Speak well enough to be understood. Can walk up the stairs.
A toddler at this is age is will start showing more complex emotions like, anger, guilt, shame, frustration, and excitement. Your child will most likely start beginning to think about how she feels. Also around this time your child may start doing things him/herself. Your child may start separation anxiety and this will usually go away when they are around two years old.
