Oranges are very high in Vitamin C.
Other citrus fruits also have a high content of Vitamin C.
Many people take Vitamin C supplements.
These are helpful for people who do not get enough vitamins in their diet.
Some vegetables are also excellent sources of vitamin C.
Some examples are green peppers, broccoli, and potatoes.
