Watch D.O.G.S.

Please consider signing up for a Watch D.O.G.S. spot in the spring semester. We had a full fall semester! Thank you so much to all the dad's who have signed up. We have loved having our dad's on campus. We have received so much positive feedback from our dad's about their day on campus. If you would have signed up for a spot this spring, please make sure you have filled out the volunteer form on the CCISD website in advance of your scheduled day. Please show up at 7:40 to check in, get your schedule and overview of the day. Texas Roadhouse Spirit Night

Wednesday, April 10th, 5pm

18194 Gulf Freeway

Friendswood, TX

Please help support North Pointe Elementary by eating at Texas Roadhouse. NPE will receive a portion from each order.

Reminders about dismissal

Please do not use the front or back parking lot at dismissal if you are walking up to pick up your child from the walker line. The front parking lot is extremely busy at dismissal because of the cars waiting for car riders. Having cars try to back out, having walkers and car riders dismissing makes for a lot going on in a short amount of time. We feel like we can have a safer dismissal without the added traffic of cars trying to leave the parking lot with the car line wrapping around the parking lot.

We are also asking that you not use the back parking lot during arrival and dismissal if you are dropping off or picking up a student. The back parking lot can be very busy with the buses and day care vans arriving and leaving. We do not have a duty person in the parking lot to help make sure that you can cross safely. Also, the additional cars leaving the parking lot causes more traffic at the crosswalk and we have so many students crossing that our staff working at the crosswalk are concerned about the students safety. Our car line moves quickly in the morning and afternoon. Please help us keep all our Rockets safe by following these procedures.

We also ask that you please use caution when driving through the crosswalk intersections. Please be watching for our students and crossing guards and obey their stop sign when they are in the intersection. Thank you!
