NOMINATE A STAFF MEMBER!

Do you know a current Bandon School District staff member who has made a difference in your life, the life of a child, or to the community? It can be any employee: a teacher, or an educational assistant, a bus driver or a secretary or a food service worker, an administrator or a custodian. Our district is filled with great staff!

Give it your all! Tell us as many details as you can about the staff member and what makes them deserving of this award.

Student handbook

All of our students should have recently signed a behavior agreement form that acknowledges that they have reviewed the student handbook, and know what the behavior expectations are at HLMS. We would appreciate it if you could take a moment to review the student hand book (link below) as well.
Student Hand Book (click here)

Please take some time to review our student handbook with your student. We would particularly like you to remind your student of our expectations with regards to cell phones and appropriate technology use.

Cell Phone Policy

Just a reminder, students are not allowed to have cell phones out during school hours. We require them to be kept off and in their locker or backpack during the day. This includes breaks and at lunch. Please encourage your student to come to the office or their teachers if they have a concern or need help instead of reaching out to you via cell phone during the day. This way we can help make sure that all your student's needs are being met. We have a student phone available in the commons that is always available.
