Tejeda News
Week of April 6th
Dear Tejeda Timberwolves,
As we all try to adjust to our “new normal”, I hope your families are also taking the time to acknowledge the amount of loss we are experiencing. Loss of structured human contact, loss of socialization, loss of control…that is a lot of loss. There is no one way to grieve these losses. Everyone will have to figure out what works for them. While many of us are making sure to take care of our physical needs by washing our hands and stocking up on food, we also need to make sure we are taking care of our emotional needs as well. We are all wired to be care takers for the people we care for in our lives. However, it is extremely important to remember to take care of yourself. Please do not hesitate to let us know via phone or email on how we can support your family. You are all in my thoughts and I send my continued hope for health upon your homes.
