Integrate Technology
Students as Producers in SCCPSS!
Hello, all!
Although it wasn’t possible to meet with every single person today, many teachers shared their thoughts on what it will take to integrate technology in more student-centered, creative, problem-based ways.
Challenges:
Some COWS are in need of replacement.
Often, technology is not available for creative lesson design or problem-solving because the devices are required for:
- Remediation
- Drill and Practice Sites
- Required assessments
Possible Shifts:
Split up the COWS at each grade level to provide an opportunity for blended learning classrooms. If each teacher had 7-10 working devices, the technology could be integrated into instruction as a creative learning tool.

Ask yourself these questions......
How can we ensure that students really experience 21st century learning opportunities?
What matters to the businesses of the world?
How can we make a difference?
