Cheetah Pride Press
News From Memorial School November 27, 2019
Happy Thanksgiving
We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving; may you enjoy the treasure of time with loved ones!
In this edition of the Cheetah Pride Press we showcase what we are so thankful for... our amazing students.
Our students' imagination was on display during the Kindergarten Turkey Trot and the Grade 3 Macy's Day Parade recreation. Our caring preschool students invited special guests to a Thanksgiving dinner highlighted by a super cute song and performance. The joyful sounds of Friendsgiving celebrations spilled out into every hallway. And every grade level cheered the latest cheetahs recognized as Memorial Models during Tuesday's lunch waves.
Thank you for sharing your precious ones with us.
With Gratitude,
Andy and Brandy

"Frozen" Themed Magical Monday in the Cheetah Cafe
We invite our students to help decorate our cafeteria with a wide variety of homemade snowflakes of all sizes for this very special event. Just follow these simple steps to participate:
- Have your child create a snowflake to be hung in the cafeteria
- Bring the snowflake to their teacher no later than the start of school on Monday, December 2nd so that our volunteers have time to hang them before the first lunch wave
- Plan your "dress for dinner" outfit for this very special luncheon
- OPTIONAL: Have your child write or draw a picture of a Magical Winter Wish they have
- OPTIONAL: Consider joining us in the cafe on the 2nd as a volunteer
Thank you for helping to make this Magical Monday truly Magical, Marvelous, and Magnificent!
