CATCHING THEM IN THE ACT
A CONSERVATORY PREP NEWS LETTER
Week of May 16-20, 2016
The students are working very hard rehearsing and preparing for the Academic Review this coming Thursday evening. We realize this can be stressful at times and when a student is not in a scene during rehearsal there is some downtime. On behalf of all the faculty, we can't emphasize enough how important it is for your child to remain at school and take part as it is very difficult to rehearse an act without all the participants.
For Thursday, all students must wear long black pants and a black shirt. The shirt must completely cover the shoulders (no tanks) and stomach. We would appreciate the outfits to be brought in to school by Tuesday as we will have dress rehearsals.
Thursday will be a long day. Students are to remain at school. We will have down time from 3:30 - 5:30 where we will show a movie and provide the students with dinner. If students are to leave during that time, please let the office know. Students must be back at the school by 5:15 to get ready.
We will be off from Friday, May 27th - Monday, May 30th. School will resume on Tuesday, May 31st.
