8th Grade Celebration
The 8th grade awards ceremony will be taking place at the John Glenn Auditorium on Thursday, June 8th from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Due to the limited parking in the John Glenn lots, we ask that only handicap and senior citizen guests park in the high school lots. All other guests should park in the middle school lot and walk over to the high school building and enter through the main entrance on the east side of the building.
The list of students receiving awards at this ceremony will be posted to Skyward no later than the afternoon of Thursday, June 1st. If you have any questions about 8th grade celebration, please call the main office at 686-7640.
Ed Mueller Award Nominees
The Ed Mueller Award is the most prestigious award given to one 8th grade boy and one 8th grade girl every year. Ed Mueller was a Bangor Township school board member who cared and worked hard for the students of Bangor Township Schools. The students who win this award are distinguished by their outstanding positive character traits.
All nominees for this award will be receiving an email today and the two winners will be recognized at the 8th grade award ceremony on Thursday, June 8th.
