Welcome Back 2020

First 2 Weeks

The 2020-2021 school year officially begins on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Regardless of your selection for the school year (Face 2 Face/Online) ALL Bendle Students will begin the school year in an online format. Students that selected Face 2 Face will transition from online to in person face 2 face instruction on Monday, September 21, 2020. The online schedule for every student of Bendle High School will be as follows starting Tuesday, September 8, 2020:


1st hour 9:00am – 9:30am

2nd hour 9:40am – 10:10am

3rd hour 10:20am – 10:50am

Lunch 10:50am – 11:20am

4th hour 11:30am – 12:00pm

5th hour 12:10pm – 12:40pm

6th hour 12:50pm – 1:20pm


The times listed are the times in which the teachers for each of the hours will be doing live instruction for their daily courses. Please do your best to be on time for the live zoom sessions and stay engaged.

Canvas Login Information Update

The new update now has students selecting LOGIN WITH GOOGLE for their canvas login. Students will still use the link below, but instead of typing in thier information on the login screen, go to the bottom and select "LOGIN WITH GOOGLE".


The platform that Bendle Public Schools, and most of Genesee County is using for online education is Canvas with the Accelerate Curriculum. The link to canvas is below and can also be found on the Bendle Schools Website under Students: Canvas.

Did You Miss Orientation? Need a refresher?

If you missed the orientation or need a refresher on what was covered. The video format (done by English Teacher Mrs. Brown) that walks students and guardians through the process, as well as the PDF version of the presentation are linked below.

Before You Leave For School

Check your child's temperature. If they have a fever, please stay home.



Check your child(ren) for signs of illness daily. Check for the following:

  • Fever or chills

  • Shortness of breath, rapid or difficulty breathing

  • Cough

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body ache

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion

  • Runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • Flushed cheeks

If your child has any of these symptoms, please keep them at home until they are symptom free.

When in doubt, please contact your child's pediatrician.
