School Holiday Thanksgiving Lunch
Book Fair Help
Hello fellow parents!
The days are moving quickly toward the opening of the Fall Book Fair, and I still have quite a few spots that need filling...please look these slots over and see if you can squeeze in an hour or two of volunteer time for our students.
Here are the times needed filling (and I'll link the spreadsheet to sign up)
11/20 (the day of holiday lunches)~ 9:45-11 (1 person), 10:45-12 (2 people), 11:45-1 (3 people), 12:45-2 (2 people), and 1:45-3 (1 person)
11/23 ~ 8:45 - 10 (1 person) and 11:45 - 1 (1 person)
11/24 ~ slots need filled all day
11/30 ~ slots need filled all day
12/1 ~ 8:45-10 (1 person), 9:45-11 (1 person), 10:45-12 (1 person), 11:45-1 (1 person), 12:45-2 (1 person), 1:45-3 (1 person) and 3-4 (2 people)
Thanksgiving Classroom Celebration
Our Thanksgiving Celebration is soon, and the kids are so excited. It will be next Tuesday in our classroom beginning at 11:45am and will last about 1 hour.
I have added the Google Doc below where families can sign up to bring food for that day. I am asking families to bring enough for about 20-25 people. If you sent in your sign up sheet, I have added that information to the doc.
I have added some sections of possibilities of food that families can bring in, but if your family has a traditional dish that you would like to make and bring in, that would be great. Please type the dish you will be bringing in underneath the correct heading, and then add you name beside it on the second column. We can have more than one family sign up for a dish. The more the merrier.
We do have several peanut allergies in the room, so please do not bring in a dish with any type of nuts.
Please mark your calendars for this day, and I hope to see everyone there. If you have any questions, please call me at 350-6545 or email me at candace.wells@acsgmail..net.
