Use real world terms to describe numbers (Integers)
VOCABULARY
INTEGERS are all whole number and their opposites.
ZERO is where both POSITIVE and NEGATIVE numbers start.
POSITIVE Integers are greater than 0. (you do not have to write a +).
NEGATIVE Integers are less than 0. (they must have a - sign).

In your "In Class" app create a new note. I want you to make three columns the columns should be titled "Negative -", "Zero 0", and " Positive +". Place the words card words/phrases in the picture in the correct column.

Remember, the ABSOLUTE VALUE of something is just the distance from zero on a number line. Therefore, all absolute values are going to end up being POSITIVE.
