Smart snacking is eating light foods with little to no fat, that also provide energy to get you to your next meal.
Fruit is a good snack as it has natural sugars that do not fat, but do give you energy.
Vegetables are a good snack because they give you vitamins and are not fattening.
Celery and peanut butter is a good snack as it gives you protein and doesn't add fat.
