Agility
The Ability for your body to change directions Quickly.
This is a great picture of agility because it shows 2 males moving from different directions at different times and it looks like they are moving at a great speed.
Cardiovasvular Endurance
The ability of the circulatory system ( heart and Blood Vessels) to supply oxygen to working muscles during exercise.
A great picture for this term because there is a lady spreading her arms wide to reach achieve the obstacle of moving in the water.
Speed
The ability to move quickly from one point to another in a straight line.
the kid has a expression of strength and his feet indicate he is moving to a point almost exactly to where the camera man is standing
Flexibility
The range of movement possible at various joints.
this is a great example of flexibility because every limb of her body points to a different direction.
Body Composition
The relative percentage of body fat compared to lean body mass ( muscle, Bone, Water, etc.)
this is a great example due to the fact it shows the body from 3 different angles showing the size of bone and the fat around it that makes it the present size it is.
Power
the ability to do strength work at an explosive pace.
This is a great example because although he has a huge weight tied to his back he is still managing to move the length of the field.
Reaction Time
The time it takes to react and move once you realize you need to move.
I feel as though this is a great example due to the fact the person seems to not have much reaction time. It indicates him getting hit in the face which is a sign of him not paying enough attention.
Coordination
Integration with hand and/or foot movements with the input of the senses.
this is a good example because in order for the skateboarder to reach the height he is inn the picture involves certain footwork to allow the skateboard to levitate.
Balance
The ability to maintain and upright posture while still or moving.
in order for the person to be able to walk on this thin line he has to carry a pole to balance out the weight in his body.
Muscular Strength
The amount of force that can be produced by a single contraction of a muscle.
This is a great picture because he is in the basic stance for flexing you arm muscles but it seems as though his whole body is showing strength.
Muscular Endurance
The ability of a muscle group to continue muscle movement over a length of time.
this picture indicates that the only way to exit this water is in movement and unless they want to sit there all night they have to use the strength in their arms to get them to their destination.
