Smokeless tobacco is just as addictive and harmful as cigarette smoking. The two types of smokeless tobacco are snuff and chewing tobacco. Some of the long term effects of smokeless tobacco include mouth cancers, rotting teeth, and risk of heart and brain damage. 1 dip is about 5-7 times the amount of nicotine as 1 cigarette.
E-Cigarettes
E-cigarettes are battery operated devices made to look like cigarettes, and contain liquid nicotine. They were make to be a "safer" alternative to cigarette smoking because they provide an enhanced smoking sensation, and allow the uses to smoke less, but feel the same effects. Because of how new they are, we do not know the long term effects of e-cigarettes.
