The spread of HIV/AIDS
There are 3 ways HIV/AIDS can be spread.
1. HIV/AIDS can be spread from a partner to partner through unprotected sex.
2. HIV/AIDS can also be spread from a woman that has aids to a baby by giving birth to it.
3. HIV/AIDS can also be finally spread through needles from drugs and drug dealers.
What's being done to stop it.
One of the ways countries are trying to prevent HIV/AIDS is by promoting condoms and having at least 1 per man. Another way to prevent is that a woman that is HIV+ and about to give birth can take MTCT drugs to help reduce the risk of the baby being HIV+.
