Spring Testing
Grades 8, 9, 10,11- April 3, 2024
All virtual academy students in grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 report to their home building to complete digital readiness to prepare for spring testing. Students that are transportation eligible may take UCS transportation to and from school on this day. Students should bring their district issued laptop and charging cord. Students should participate in their virtual academy classes after the digital readiness is complete and may be able to stay at the building, be picked up by a parent/guardian, or take the bus home (if transportation eligible) at the end of the day. Students that stay the entire day will be provided lunch.
Grades 7, 8, 9- April 9, 2024
All virtual academy students in grades 7, 8, 9 report to their home building for spring testing (7th and 8th grade MSTEP and 9th grade PSAT 9). Students that are transportation eligible may take UCS transportation to and from school on this day. Students should bring their district issued laptop and charging cord. When testing is complete students may be picked up by a parent/guardian, stay in the building to participate in classes, those that stay and are eligible for transportation may take the bus home at the end of the day. Students that stay the entire day will be provided lunch.
Grades 7, 8- April 10, 2024
All virtual academy students in grades 7, 8 report to their home building for spring testing (MSTEP). Students that are transportation eligible may take UCS transportation to and from school on this day. Students should bring their district issued laptop and charging cord. When testing is complete students may be picked up by a parent/guardian, stay in the building to participate in classes, those that stay and are eligible for transportation may take the bus home at the end of the day. Students that stay the entire day will be provided lunch.
Grades 9, 10, 11- April 11, 2024
All virtual academy students in grades 9, 10 and 11 report to their home building for spring testing (9th grade PSAT 9, 10th grade PSAT 10, and 11th grade Workkeys and MSTEP in the afternoon). 11th grade students will stay all day within the building. Students that are transportation eligible may take UCS transportation to and from school on this day. Students should bring their district issued laptop and charging cord. When testing is complete students may be picked up by a parent/guardian, stay in the building to participate in classes, those that stay and are eligible for transportation may take the bus home at the end of the day. Students that stay the entire day will be provided lunch or may bring lunch if desired.
Grades 11- April 16, 2024
All virtual academy students in the 11th grade report to their home building for spring testing (SAT). Students that are transportation eligible may take UCS transportation to and from school on this day. Students should bring their district issued laptop and charging cord. When testing is complete students may be picked up by a parent/guardian or take the bus if they are eligible. Standard testing should end around 11:30AM.
Grade 9, 10, 12- April 16, 2024
Students in 9th, 10th and 12th grade within the virtual academy will participate in a virtual field trip and have asynchronous activities to complete during the day.

UCS Mobile App
New this year is a UCS mobile app. The app is available within Google Play and the App Store.
Virtual Library Card
Welcome to the UCS Virtual Library Card. Students will need to have your UCS Virtual Library Card number and PIN with you to access any of the resources on this page.
Each resource will require you to login with your Virtual Library Card number and PIN. You can access the login by selecting the Virtual Library Card icon on your ClassLink page or https://mlc.overdrive.com/account/ozone/sign-in?forward=%2F&showIdcSignUp=false
Attendance
Please notify your child's home school if you child will be out of class within 24 hours. Time out of class that is unreported is recorded as an unexcused absence.
