Praise
- Two kindergarten teachers shared their positive experiences with FCAs.
- Friends and Faculty continue to uplift and support me in my coaching and personal life.
- The John Collins question and answer sessions were well received.
- It is 3:02 and for right now, the sun is shining!
- There are more praises than problems on this weeks review and preview.
Problems
- In light of my schedule modifications, I want to make sure that I am doing all that I can do. With the monthly coaches' meetings, I am only in my schools for three actual days. While I know this healing time is vital, I want to be effective for my teachers as well. I need to remember though, that I can't be everything to everyone and that not everyone is going to be pleased with the information I share. BUT it isn't personal when there is angry venting, it's overwhelming frustration lashing out.
This is not a problem:
I just want to say thank you to all of my administrators for their understanding and support through all of this.
