FCI Fall Fundraiser – DiscoverIndy Savings Books!
Have you checked out the DiscoverIndy coupon savings book that your child brought home last Thursday, October 8th? It is filled with coupons that will save you a lot of money at the places you shop, dine, and go for entertainment. Use 2 coupons from the savings book and that will typically pay for the entire book!
This is the FCI PTO’s only selling fundraiser of the year so we need your participation to make it a success! We are asking each family to sell 5 books.
We have added the option this year for you to make a donation to the PTO. Donation envelopes are included in the packets that came home.
Remember, the money raised from this fundraiser goes directly back to Fall Creek Intermediate to support technology advancements within the school and to supplement FCI school programs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Debbie Mann at dmann@mann-properties.com or at 317-258-5425. Fall Creek Intermediate and the FCI PTO greatly appreciate your support!

Youth Mentoring Initiative
The Hamilton Southeastern School System is in a continued partnership with Youth Mentoring Initiative. It is YMI’s vision to provide mentoring support for students by building and sustaining a mentoring community here in Fishers.
As a member of this community, this is where you can help. You have an opportunity to impact the life of a young person by simply being present and sharing your life experience with them. When you share your life you change their life.
YMI is currently looking for mentors for Riverside Intermediate, Sand Creek Intermediate, Fall Creek Junior High, Fishers Junior, Fishers High School and HSE School. You have an opportunity to be part of something special in Fishers. The Mayor, Scott Fadness has issued the "Mayors Challenge", which is to raise up an additional 50 new mentors this Fall.
Become a YMI mentor! For more information check out these pages on the YMI website.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE!! Please read. --- Student Pick-up/Drop-offs
For those students who arrive late or will be picked-up early, ALL of these exchanges require you to accompany your child into the office to drop-off and sign in OR pick-up your child from the office and sign out. While this may add a few extra minutes to the exchange, the safety of all is our utmost concern.
In addition, if you arrive early to drop-off students and decide to park in the lot until drop-off begins, you MUST get in the line to drop your child off at the front and not cut through and jump to the front of the line. Do NOT cut to the front of the line. Given that on any given day we have hundreds of students dropped off, it is imperative that everyone follows the procedures. Safety of all is imperative. Thank you in advance.
