My brain
"In many professions, what used to matter most were abilities associated with the left side of the brain: linear, sequential, spreadsheet kind of faculties. Those still matter, but they're not enough."
Decision Making
When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, motivated by acceptance by peers and avoid conflict, and interpersonal social orientation. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, wishy-washy, and can't make hard decisions. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is on that allows for will-designed, people oriented collegial settings.
My personality type
I have a green personality type. That means I listen for material necessary to solve a problem, tune out trivia, often miss body language and tone because they are so focused on the words. When I communicate I get to the point, logical, facts, thinks before speaking. It frustrates me when others do small talk, failure, being wrong publicly.
