A Message From Principal Abeal
The spring season is here! I hope everyone had a happy and healthy spring break.
During the week of April 8th we will be having selected parent teacher conferences for students in K-5 on Wednesday, April 10th and Thursday, April 11th with a 1:05 PM dismissal. The Trout are Out! The first graders will be releasing the rainbow trout into the Manasquan Reservoir. The Bear Cubs have raised the trout from eggs to fry since October. They will be participating in a science nature scavenger hunt searching for signs of the season by looking for birds, butterflies, insects, worms and many more emerging things that are signs of the season.
The PTA will be hosting a Special Person Dance on Friday, April 19th. This will be a wonderful time for the students to dance the night away with a loved one. The Monmouth County Park System will be providing an assembly on local animals for the students in K-2. Students will learn about interesting facts about the animals and may even meet a few.
I am looking forward to seeing all of you in the upcoming weeks!
