The Weekly E-News for Blue Gum House Residents
Help is always given...
Plus (to borrow a few words from Albus...) Help will always be given at Blue Gum House to those who ask for it. Help will always be given to those who need it.
The first port of call is your RA.
Upstairs - Platypus and Wombat, RA is Sam.
Downstairs - Koala and Bilby, RA is Julia.
The College Guest Registration Form is up: https://reslifeuons.wufoo.eu/forms/college-guest-registration-form/
It is vital every time someone stays that you seek permission via ResLife and from every one in your Wing. The behaviour of the guest is the responsibility of the resident!
Thanks to Ashlea for organising the footy tipping! Perhaps get a group together to go to Manly v Souths this Friday night at Blue Tongue Stadium, Gosford.
ONLY FOUR SPOTS LEFT! Friday March 21...Cooking session with Paul Macdonald
Check out his website http://freshenup.com.au/
Paul will demonstrate a “healthy heart” pizza using readily sourced ingredients, and then with a “mystery box” residents will make the most inventive pizza within a budget. Cool prizes are up for grabs for most inventive pizza!
We’ll then have a blind tasting of the five key flavours in Asian cookery (sweet/sour/hot/salt & umami) comparing commercially made sauces & homemade, price & flavour.
This event is free! All ingredients are included.
Paul will demonstrate a simple Thai beef salad focusing on how ingredients can be swapped & changed according to season.
Thanks to everyone who filled in the survey, plenty of food for thought. We still need your feedback about O Month. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Q7QVGRG
Cheers,
Troy
