Summer Update Edition
Summer Running & Our 1st Annual XC Camp
Many of our runners are also competitors in track and field and we wish them strong legs at State this weekend! Some of you may not be competing and will be ready to start your summer training for XC 2017 next week. This edition of XC News will break down the dates and times we will meet so you can make plans for summer running now! Below is also a reminder to sign up for our 1st Annual XC Camp! Graduating seniors this past school year I hope that you can come and help us run the camp if available. Please fill out the form below to indicate what days you would be available to help! Looking forward to meeting new faces and to see all of the returning runners again!

Summer Meeting Schedule
*First meeting is Thursday June 1st due to Memorial Day.
LOCATION Busch Wildlife Lodge at 2360 Hwy D, St Charles, MO 63304
- We may go to Duckett Creek on some occasions, but this will be announced in advance through the GroupChat, Twitter, and in person at any previous Summer Running Meeting. CLICK HERE to see a map for the Busch Greenway Trailhead that we would meet at for this location.

- Monday Meeting Dates: 6/5, 6/12, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17
- Thursday Meeting Dates: 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/29, 7/13, 7/20

- June 19-22nd is Camp Week
- July 1st-9th is an All Sports Dead Week
- July 22nd-30th is a Fall Sports Dead Week
ITEMS TO BRING/WEAR TO PRACTICE EVERYDAY: APPROPRIATE ATTIRE, PERSONAL WATER BOTTLE, A WATCH, SUNSCREEN, AND A YOGA MAT!
