Our staff is energetic, excited and can't wait to welcome your students on Thursday! Please assure your students if they are feeling anxious that we are here to support them. We will help them find where they need to go, who they need to see, and they will be welcomed with open arms!

**SENIORS** This is the photo we will use in PowerSchool to associate you with your school profile. It will also be in the 2022-2023 yearbook.
Parking Info for 2022-2023
Students who have filled out this form may pick up their permit August 15-17 during their lunch periods.
Permits will be available as long as spots are available. Mr. Harris will be set up during lunches on August 15-17 for students to purchase and pick up permits. Watch announcements for location. The cost of parking permits during this phase is $25. If additional parking becomes available during the school year, permits will be issued first-come, first-served basis from a waitlist that students can sign up on at the Info Desk. No money will be collected until an opening occurs.
Technology Info
All Sophomores and Juniors will receive new Chromebooks in their first period classes, unless they have a physical education class. Students with first period PE will receive their Chromebook during their second period class. Returning Sophomores and Juniors need to bring their old Chromebooks with them on August 11 or 12 to their first period class to turn them in. If a student does not turn in their old Chromebook, they will be charged for them.
Dates To Remember!
August 9 - New Student Orientation & Student Club Fair
New Student Orientation is for ALL 9th graders and new students (grades 10-12) to WHS! We will be hosting two sessions of New Student Orientation. Families may choose to attend the session most convenient to their schedule.
Session 1: 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Session 2: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
All 9th graders will participate in fun activities with senior mentors during the first half of this event. Freshmen students can enter Door 9 (athletic entrance) and go directly to the main gym. Parents/guardians will attend an information session in the auditorium for the first 45 minutes and can enter Door 44. Following the short sessions, students and parents can reconnect at the club fair in the main cafeteria, walk their schedule and familiarize themselves with the building. Students that complete and submit a scavenger hunt form can win an awesome prize package. Also, all new students will receive a Westfield t-shirt.
New students & parents (Grades 10-12) will head straight to the auditorium for orientation.
SOS club is collecting a school supply for our care closet. Please bring a donation.
Student Club Fair: 4:45pm-6pm OR 6:45-8pm in the Main Cafeteria
WHS has 70+ clubs to check out. There is something for everyone!
Medication Drop Off
The nurse clinic will be open on Tuesday from 4:30-7pm for parents to drop off medications-please note that the form below will need to be completed and signed by a healthcare provider and parent before they can accept the medications.

WHS Students and Parents: Please don't forget that if a parent is dropping you off at the beginning of the day, there are TWO parent drop-off doors. Drop-off and after-school pick-up for the 2021-2022 school year are at door #9 in the athletic wing and door #32 in the new wing. Door #1 IS NOT a student drop-off area.Student Lunch Schedule
