Stories from the Schoolyard
KINDERGARTEN GOES TO EINSTEIN'S WORKSHOP:
Kindergarten went to Einstein's Workshop for a day of STEM fun! They had the entire facility to themselves and made rockets! They had a fantastic time showing off their STEM knowledge and spending time outside the classroom exploring science, technology, engineering and math concepts!
FR. JOHN TAKES 5TH GRADE TO TOUR ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH:
Fr. John, the Chaplain for our 5th Grade students took both 5A and 5B to St. Patrick's Church for their annual tour. He showed them all parts of the church, explained the stained glass windows and helped them to better understand the parts of Mass because now they have seen all areas of the church. Thank you Fr. John for this fantastic experience!
THIRD GRADE AND FIRST GRADE GO TO THE LIBRARY:
Third Grade and First Grade visited the Public Library in Lawrence last week. Students were able to check out books, see everything the library has to offer and explore the library. Students came back so excited to tell us all about what the library has and how much fun it can be!
