Seniors Attend FBLA State Leadership Conference
Shekhar Gugnani Recognized
This conference also served as the last event Shekhar attended as the Kansas FBLA District 1 Vice President. His work throughout the year for our chapter and district was noticed and he handed off his title.
The fee for the Drivers Ed program is a total of $110 and any remaining balance must be paid by 4 p.m. this Friday, May 6th, in order to take the test this Saturday, May 7th.
Because of changes from the State of Kansas, each student enrolled in Driver’s Education must pass a Kansas Handbook Test with an 80% or above before taking the class.
This Saturday, May 7th, is exam day in which students will have the opportunity to come to the high school between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to take this test. Report to room #305.
This test is being administered in advance because the state will not issue a permit for the student to drive with the instructor until after the Handbook test is passed, confirmed by the school, and their information turned into the state.
Each student will be able to sign up for a driving time as soon as this test is passed. This means that waiting to take the test will delay the opportunity to sign up for the driving time you might want. This is a first come, first served basis. Pass the test and pick a time.
Each student must receive the 80% on the test or they will have to retake the test. If the test is not passed after four attempts, they will not be allowed to take the course (this is the same as the DMV laws of Kansas for a permit).

HANG ON! HELP IS ON ITS WAY!
- Part of our mission is to help faculty, staff, students, and the general public with technology. So, Tiger STORM has launched a website to provide resources, information, and technical support. You can access this site at https://fstigerstorm.com/. If you would like to request technical assistance, please fill out a ticket underneath the "SUPPORT" tab. You can fill out the ticket as a guest. * Disclaimer: FSHS Tiger STORM cannot & will not replace or repair any physical components of electronics owned by USD234. In addition, we do not have administrative access. However, we can assist with personal devices and help with software troubleshooting issues. - WE NEED YOUR HELP! Most of my students work on laptops, desktop computers, projectors, phones, printers, etc. We dissect them on a regular basis. However, we are always looking for more devices. If you have any old devices that you don't want to hold onto anymore, we would greatly appreciate any donation. If you are interested in donating, please contact me or a STORM member (Langdon Giddens, Caden Young) for details on the process.
