Lessons & Engagement
I'm sure that by this point, your family is finding a rhythm that works during this remote learning. The recommended workload is listed below. However, we know that keeping connected with teachers and peers is very important during this isolating time. Feel free to join the zoom or google meets times, even if your child is not able to stay on top of the assignments. We know that everyone is experiencing this time differently. We just want to connect. Starting on the 11th, we will return to engagement activities that are less dependent on technology. We will include some paper/pencil items in your student's grab bag from school. As the weather improves, students are encouraged to use this time for outdoor exploration of art, science, nature and physical activities. The last day of school is May 19th.
Recommended workload:
PK/K = 30 min/day
1/2 = 45 min/day
3/4/5 =1 hour/day
6/7/8 = 30 min/day/class
