Math
Daily Math Practice - None
This week we are working on learning long division. We are beginning with conceptual models and drawings to help us understand what is happening when we divide a number.
Multiplication.com, We will be testing this Friday facts up to 9x9!
New Math logs went home! Log began Monday 2/29 and ends on April11th.
HOMEWORK: Kamico Assessment #4 #1-10 Due: Thursday 3/17
This week the assessment can be done in class during warm up time or they can be done as homework. Students will need to bring it to class each day so they can work on it here too! These must be turned in on Thursday to participate in zap day.

We are reviewing our editing and revising strategies and practicing these in class.

Reading
As we continue to read Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, we are beginning to understand where the rats came from. It is getting interesting…….as your students about the book!

Bling My Writing!!!
We are concentrating on adding transitions, figurative language, and strong verbs to our essays. Each time we add one of these elements to our writing, we get to add a jewel!
