Autism Awareness
On April 3rd we're inviting all students to wear any color of the rainbow. Over the past few years, we've learned a lot about neurodiversity. We know that everyone is unique, especially those who are on the autism spectrum. Just like the colors of the rainbow, each person with autism has their own special strengths and needs.
By wearing all the colors of the rainbow, we're showing that we understand and appreciate these differences. So let's come together, wear our brightest and most colorful clothes, and celebrate the wonderful diversity of our school community!
EA Appreciation Day
On Thursday we celebrate EA Appreciation Day. We acknowledge how very fortunate we are to have many wonderful, caring, and supportive Educational Assistants in our school.
Thank you to all of our amazing EAs, who play an important role in student success, working hard to support our students, teachers, and classrooms every day!
Supporting the Fort Sask Food Bank - Our Lenten Service Project
Thank you to everyone who supported our Lenten initiative this year by participating in our Alms Rewards Day and boxed food for our Dominos. We were able to collect over $2700 for the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank.

2024 GrACE Contest
A Celebration of Catholic Education
2023-2024 Theme: Go Light Our World, “Let your light shine before others that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
GrACE exists to inspire, invigorate and embolden the spirit of Catholic education in order
to unite, engage, educate and communicate with one voice on its behalf. GrACE, in partnership with the REAL Foundation, is happy to present this contest to EICS students. This is our sixth annual GrACE Contest: A Celebration of Catholic Education.
We invite EICS students of all grade levels to submit work reflecting the importance of, and their experience with or contribution to Catholic education. This year our theme is Go Light Our World. Entries need to reflect this theme. It is often helpful if students include a few sentences to go with their entry on how it is connected to this year’s theme.
Student Submissions could include such things as (but not limited to):
*Please note, all digital submissions need to be in “view all” format before submitting.
A work of art
A poster
A formal or informal essay

A presentation (video or otherwise) of social justice work
