Play Hard Not Work Hard
One in six children ages 5-14 works instead of going to school, in developing countries.
- Every year 22 000 children die in work related accidents
- 73 million working children are less than 10 years old
- Most children work in the informal sector (e.g. in homes or on the streets) without any legal protection
June 12th is the World Day Against Child Labor
We can make an effort to stop child labor. Children cannot healthily develop in a working environment. They need to go to school, learn, and have a childhood.
To show support and awareness about this epidemic we should all make posters about child labor and all the negatives effects of it
