The organs in the circulatory are the heart, and blood vessels (arteries, capillaries, and veins) and blood.

Diseases and disorders of the Circulatory System
Endocarditis-this is an inflammation of the inner layer of the heart and this might be infective. The treatments for this is antibiotics or a heart valve replacement.
Acute Coronary Syndrome-This is unstable angina. treatments for this include aspirin and nitroglycerin.
Pulmonary Valve Stenosis- this is when the pulmonary value cannot completely open which decreases blood flow to the lungs. Treatment for that is a valve replacements.
Thrombophlebitis- this is when blood clots develop in the vein in the extremities. The treatments for this is anticoagulants and other medications for dissolve clots.
Cardiomyopathy- This is when heart chambers enlarge and weaken. The only treatment for this if it gets that bad is a heart transplant.
