Ericson Sea Kings Weekly Update
April 14-17
Hello Sea King Families
I hope that everyone had a safe and healthy Spring Break and that you were able to spend some quality time at home with your family. As we head into the next few weeks, I want to thank you in advance for all you are doing with your children at home. I know that this is very difficult with most of you juggling work and home school at the same time. I know that many of your children's teachers are doing the same. Please be patient with yourselves and others. It will all come together if we support each other.
It is more important than ever to be vigilant about protecting ourselves and our families. We certainly do not have a lack of information about COVID-19, but I want to be sure you are getting your information from a reliable source. Please visit the following website for detailed information on how to keep all of your loved ones protected. World HealthOrganization The best safety practices are still: wash your hands frequently, avoid touching your face, and social distancing.
Each week in addition to my Message on School Messenger I will also be sending out an email to parents with updates and resources on our current long-distance learning model of student instruction.
Please make sure that you are checking our Ericson Website and our Ericson Elementary School Sea Kings Facebook page for daily updates. Click on the Peach Jar icon for FUSD notices and the Exercise Your Brain icon for student resources by grade level, including resources for SPED students. The Fresno Unified main site page will also provide you with updates.
On behalf of the Ericson Staff, be safe and healthy! We miss you all!!!
