Why Me?
I have a passion for healthy eating and quick, effective, at-home workouts. I lost 35 pounds after college with a combination of p90x, Insanity, healthy eating and running. Now several years later, I have had two daughters and have renewed that passion so I can set a great example for them. After two rounds of the 21 day fix, I lost 11 pounds and 11 inches! I am just like you - trying to tone up and improve my eating habits without having to sacrifice a tremendous amount of time or flavor. I don't have lots of extra cash to spend on a trainer, but I do have a desire to live healthy so that I can love others deeply!
